Additional Information
The DOT Panel Drug Urine Test meets the drug testing requirements by the Department of Transportation (DOT) - rule 49 CFR Part 40. This test is for employees regulated by the Department of Transportation. The test detects all regulated analytes required by DOT, and it will be conducted at a SAMHSA-certified laboratory.
This test requires a urine sample that can be collected at one of our locations of your choice. All specimen collectors are trained and qualified according to the Department of Transportation.
This panel includes a routine screen for each drug. Positive screen results are confirmed by GC/MS or LC-MS/MS. The confirmation tests identify the specific substances present in the sample with their amounts.
Drugs are detectable in urine for 2-3 days after recent use. A confirmed positive result is considered as evidence of recent drug use or exposure.
TestSure is performed to ensure specimen integrity and that the urine sample is not tampered with.
All the screen results are confirmed at no additional charge.
Screening and confirmatory tests are performed to ensure accurate results.
The test results are reviewed by a Medical Doctor/Medical Review Officer (MRO).
