ETG Test (72 hours lookback) Urine

The ETG (Ethyl Glucuronide) Alcohol Test in urine measures the alcohol metabolite in urine and identifies the presence or absence of ETG. This test includes a screen for the presence of ETG, with confirmation if positive. ETG may be detectable in urine for up to 2-3 days after drinking alcohol. A confirmed positive result for ETG is considered evidence of alcohol consumption within the past 2-3 days.

This test is not evidence of alcohol use on the job. It provides evidence of alcohol consumption in recent days, but should not be used as evidence of impairment. The test is meant to verify abstaining from alcohol consumption for the past 2-3 days.

This test requires a urine sample that can be collected at one of our locations of your choice.

TestSure is performed to ensure specimen integrity and that the urine sample is not tampered with.

All the screen results are confirmed at no additional charge.

Screening and confirmatory tests are performed to ensure accurate results.

The test results are reviewed by a Medical Doctor/Medical Review Officer (MRO).
